When I was in a teenager, unlike other girls out there, I was not that much interested in putting on makeup. I wanted to look beautiful but I never got the chance, even for the first prom. Yes, even for that occasion. For my graduation ceremony, I just bought makeup recommended by the saleslady at the mall. However, after several years, I finally tried to have my makeup done professionally in a salon. At first, I often go to the salon to have my makeup done for special occasions. One instance is when I and my friends tried to make a music video for a contest.
Anyway, I usually go to the salon until I bothered to ask about the foundation which the makeup artist regularly puts on my face.
Surprisingly, it was Revlon Photoready medium beige. According to the makeup artist, it’s the best shade for me. The overall appearance color will just depend on what powder I used for finishing. I can make it a bit brighter or darker, or not change its shade but it will still look good. I think all Revlon PhotoReady foundations are good. You just need to know the right shade for you.
Because this item was already tried and tested for me, I didn’t hesitate to buy it when I went to the Revlon stall at the department store. It cost me a lot but I know that it’s worth the price.

It has great coverage! It worked well with a very sensitive skin even those with superficial deep scars and red marks. It did not remove the scars completely but it provided a better coverage compared to other make up. IIt looked natural.
It is easier to use than the cake foundation but looks as good. It blends in and the color looks great. One review mentioned she have gotten compliments on her skin when she wears it.She uses the Revlon New Complexion finishing powder over top of it. A bit of bronzer us is used on top during summer so there’s no need for additional shades of the foundation.
It works on dry skin! The illuminating shimmer in it can keep the face looking hydrated and fresh!

Pros:
It is for buildable coverage and has nice consistency. It contains smalls sparkles which help with photography but not large enough to be noticed as sparkly foundation. The color is what you expect it to e. It is long lasting. It has an airbrushed looked in person. It does not cause any irritation or breakout on even for sensitive skin.
Cons:
This liquid foundation dries very fast so it is not so suitable for blending. Others say it’s not for dry skin. It can pile up when over buffed into skin. Other reviewers recommend the use a primer and the use of a stippling brush when applying.
Revlon Photoready Medium Beige is all in all a very good product. Definitely a medium to full coverage foundation.
