1. Warm-Up (5 Minutes)

2. Presentation (10 Minutes)

“Good listening is important in professional communication. We should listen carefully and avoid interrupting.”

3. Listening Dialogue (10 Minutes)
Teacher Reads Dialogue

“We will have a client meeting tomorrow morning.”
Employee:

“I understand. Thank you.”
4. Comprehension Questions
- What will happen tomorrow?

5. Pair Practice (10 Minutes)
Situation
“Two co-workers discuss a project.”
Script
Student A:
“Are you working on the presentation now?”
Student B:
“Yes. I’m preparing the slides.”
