2. Teacher Modeling (10 Minutes)
Teacher and Student Dialogue
Teacher:
“Good morning. May I ask about today’s schedule?”
Student:
“Yes. We have a client meeting this afternoon.”
Teacher:
“What time should we prepare the documents?”
Student:
“Please prepare them before lunch.”
Teacher:
“Understood. Thank you.”
3. Role-Play Stations (20 Minutes)
Station 1: Asking for Help
Script Example:
Employee:
“Can you help me with this report?”
Co-worker:
“Sure. What do you need?”
Station 2: Receiving Instructions
Supervisor:
“Please send these emails before 5 PM.”
Employee:
“Okay. I’ll send them this afternoon.”
Station 3: Team Discussion
Student A:
“We need to finish the project today.”
Student B:
“I can prepare the presentation slides.”
Station 4: Customer Interaction
Customer:
“Excuse me, can you help me?”
Employee:
“Of course. What do you need?”
4. Reflection Activity (7 Minutes)
