How We Cooked Sweet and Sour Beef Lomo Meatballs

Simple Cooking Steps

  1. Mix the beef, bread crumbs, egg, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper.

  2. Form the mixture into small meatballs.

  3. Fry the meatballs until they are golden brown.

  4. Cook the vegetables in a separate pan.

  5. Add Del Monte ketchup, red cane vinegar, brown sugar, pineapple, and water.

  6. Thicken the sauce with the cornstarch mixture.

  7. Add the meatballs to the sauce and mix gently.

  8. Serve hot with steamed rice.
